UPDATE: Now with the three most recent Amiibo, which unlock armor sets related to Majora's Mask, Skyward Sword, and Twilight Princess. We'll update this gallery soon with the four hero-themed Amiibo as soon as we learn what they do! The official Nintendo page for the The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild lists Amiibo that are compatible with the game, but it provides few other firm details. Fortunately, we've tirelessly been scanning various Amiibo into our games here at the office to try and lock down exactly what items you can get. It's worth noting that all Amiibo (including Animal Crossing Amiibo cards) work with Breath of the Wild, however non-Zelda themed Amiibo will only make three to four random, common items materialize. Many rare and unique armor sets can only be acquired through Amiibo, though it's worth noting that they're generally no more powerful than your starting gear and they're much, much more expensive (in terms of materials) to level up. The information in this guide has been gathered from our collective experience in the office and the official Breath of the Wild Guide. However, while that guide describes the items that can be acquired from Amiibo, it does not specify which Amiibo to use for each weapon and armor set.
Majora's Mask Amiibo
Potential Chest Items: Fierce Diety Outfit -- There's a chance that the chest will include either the Fierce Diety boots, mask, or armor. Each item starts with only 3 defense points, but like your other starting equipment, it can be upgraded. Each individual piece add an "Attack up" effect, and updgrading the full set adds "Charge Atk. Link Skyward Sword Amiibo
Potential Chest Items: Skyward Sword Outfit: There's a chance that the chest will include either the trousers, cap, or tunic of the Sky. Each item starts with only 3 defense points, but like your other starting equipment, it can be upgraded. The set bonus for leveling up and wearing all three is "Master Sword Beam Up." Chest items: Epona -- The only way to unlock the legendary horse. Epona is a special horse with maxed out stats and a gentle temperament, however she can't be renamed. Each item starts with only 3 defense points, but like your other starting equipment, it can be upgraded. Potential Chest Items: Sword of the Six Sages | Base Attack 48 Gems (Opal, Amber, etc.) Monster parts (including rare Hinox and Lynel parts) Non-chest items: Along with the chest, Ganon also spawns with a few barrels. One or two will tend to be explosive, while the others contain rupees and arrows.

Twilight Princess Wolf Link Amiibo
While Wolf Link doesn't provide any items, it does spawn a wolf companion who'll accompany you in the game. His hearts are based on save data transferred from the Wii U version of Twilight Princess HD. He defaults to having three hearts. The wolf will both attack enemies and help you hunt wild game!
30th Anniversary 8-bit Link
Potential Chest Items: Hero's Outfit (original Legend of Zelda) -- There's a chance that the chest will include either the trousers, cap, or tunic of the Hero. Each item starts with only 3 defense points, but like your other starting equipment, it can be upgraded. Sword | Base attack: 22 Assorted weapons Non-chest items: 8-bit link appears alongside wooden barrels, which can be broken open to find rupees and arrows.
30th Anniversary Wind Waker Toon Link
Potential Chest Items: Wind Waker Outfit -- There's a chance that the chest will include either the trousers, cap, or tunic of the Wind. The future
During E3 2017, Nintendo revealed four new Zelda Amiibo modeled after the game's other support heroes. We don't know what they unlock yet, but we'll likely find out as we get closer to DLC pack 2's release date.

Microsoft revealed new enhancements and color schemes for its Xbox Design Lab controllers at E3 2017. We customized one and ordered it. How did it turn out? Let's take a look. Click here for the video reveal.
The newly updated controllers feature four new color options: Desert Tan, Sierra Brown, Mineral Blue, and Ink Blue. We went with the latter for the body of our design, which ended up turning out a bit darker than we had expected.
To complement our Ink Blue hue, we went with Desert Tan for our joysticks, bumpers, triggers, and d-pad.
Microsoft now gives you metallic options for the triggers and d-pad that cost $3 and $4 more, respectively. So we, of course, ordered them.
Here's a shot that highlights the metallic triggers, which look pretty slick. Like the Xbox Controller S models before it, the bumpers are also easier to actuate than those of the original. This is definitely appreciated.
For an additional $6, you can add rubberized grips. They're not a necessity, but they do add a nice grippy texture that helps prevent your hands from slipping.
We paid an additional $10 to get a GameSpot engraving at the base of the controller.
For the face buttons, we went with a grey on black color scheme, which we felt blended in with the controller and didn't clash too heavily with our chosen hues. The total for our custom Xbox controller came out to $103.
Here's our new custom Xbox Design Lab controller next to the original black Xbox One equivalent. Notice how it no longer has the plastic, glossy material up at the top.
If you look closely at the blue grip, you may notice that it keeps the smooth yet sandpaper-like texture that was introduced with the Xbox One S' controller.
Like Microsoft's more recent Xbox One S controller, the company's new Design Lab equivalents come with a 3.5mm headphone jack at the bottom and support Bluetooth so you can use it wirelessly with a Windows 10 PC.
