Destiny 2's beta is now available, and we have been diving deep into it. It includes the first story mission, each of the three classes (Titan, Hunter, and Warlock) and their new subclasses, the new Inverted Spire Strike, and PvP multiplayer. On top of that, the beta also includes a number of Easter eggs and secrets for eagle-eyed Guardians to discover. Click ahead to see everything we've found, and let us know in the comments if you've spotted anything else. The Inverted Spire Strike on Nessus has a huge free-roam area with some mysterious features. A closed door at the start of the level has the symbol of Vault of Glass, the first Raid in the original Destiny. YouTubers have already glitched around the door into the Lost Sector, which has some players wondering if it could possibly be the location of a future Raid or Strike. We know from Vault of Glass that inside the great Vex machines is a simulation of reality that the Vex can control and potentially use to erase Guardians from existence. The Modular Mind has mastered erasing the floor in the final boss fight, at least. The Show Must Go On
Once you go through the ruined hangar in the Tower, hang a right to the old Dead Orbit lounge, hangar, and Future War Cult loft area. The door to the lounge area is locked, but tunes from the jukebox play on, albeit low on power and distorted. This includes Paul McCartney's "Hope For The Future," not sounding so hopeful. Also in this area, we can see dead Cabal who made the mistake of taking on the Future War Cult leader Lakshmi-2. Finally, fan favorite Amanda Holliday has fled her workshop, leaving what appears to be space whiskey behind. We know this because the whiskey is sold in the North Tower shops. The North Tower
We already learned at E3 that the North Tower is full of ramen noodle shops, fortune teller stalls, and a bar, but we finally can take our time to explore it and find the joint that Amanda Holliday frequents in her spare time. The whole district has a European cobblestone-and-cafes vibe. The door to this section of the Tower was closed during the first beta for Destiny in July of 2014 and never opened until now. We will never really know what the North Tower was supposed to look like in the original game, but now it's ruined. Rest in pieces, North Tower. Commander Zavala Was Spared A Real Death By 20 Minutes
During the Homecoming mission, Zavala pops a Titan bubble to protect you from a Red Legion aerial bombardment and dies. His ghost is there to revive him, but less than 20 minutes later, Dominus Ghaul--also known as "Gary"--cuts off Light to all Guardians. If Gary were a little faster, Zavala would have been a goner. When Zavala directs you to his armory to get your first gun, if you look to the left you will see a rack full of Khvostovs. Many first-time players deleted this auto rifle in the original game, only to find out that it was a savage contender in the Crucible. The weapon was later added as an Exotic weapon in the Rise of Iron expansion. We're Finally In The Hangar
It can't be understated how many hours we put into watching ships land in the hangar. This is where the main story of the first game ended, with the Exo Stranger vanishing into thin air after handing player a Legendary pulse rifle called The Stranger's Rifle. The story of The Stranger never really made much sense and was never touched on again, which is why we're still curious as to who the hell that was. The Inverted Spire Is A Free-Roam Area On Nessus
Destiny has typically used portions of free-roam zones as the starting points for Strikes, and Nessus is no exception. This could explain why the instanced version of this area is lacking chests and secrets to find outside of those features being removed for a beta. Keep in mind the original Destiny beta had weapons to find in the environment, such as the rocket launcher under the waterfall heading to the Forgotten Shore. We found this pile of crates that marked where Guardians spawned into areas for the first game. What do you think? It Wouldn't Be Destiny If You Couldn't Cheese A Strike
If you want to know how to cheese the Modular Mind, hop up on the Vex sconce directly behind where the boss spawns just before he starts dissolving floors. He can still shoot at you on the second level, but by the third, his servomotor-laced head can't incline that far. It's best to be a Titan so you can protect yourself with various barricades, and don't forget to pack a trusty scout rifle or two. This reminds us of all the times we hid under a deck from the Archon Priest in the first game.

Destiny 2's closed beta has provided us a plethora of details about the game. That includes more information about the new subclasses--with new Supers--among many other additions. But even the existing subclasses are seeing some changes for the sequel. In this gallery, we've rounded up images of every skill for the Warlock's Voidwalker subclass, which returns from the first game. While many aspects of it will be familiar to returning players, there are some differences, such as the ability to heal allies. While the Devour effect is active, killing enemies extends its duration and recharges your grenade. Nova Bomb
Hurl an explosive bolt of Void Light at the enemy, disintegrating those caught within its blast. Scatter Grenade
A grenade that splits into many submunitions and covers a large area with multiple explosions. Strafe Glide
Jump while airborne to activate Glide and start an airborne drift with strong directional control. Vortex
Nova Bomb creates a singularity which continually damages enemies trapped inside. Vortex Grenade
A grenade that creates a Vortex which continually damages enemies trapped inside. Healing Rift
Press and hold the circle/B button to conjure a well of Light that continuously heals those inside it. Blink
Jump while airborne to teleport a short distance. Bloom
Void ability kills cause enemies to explode. Burst Glide
Jump while airborne to activate Glide and start an airborne drift with a strong initial boost of speed. Cataclysm
Nova Bomb travels slowly and seeks enemies. Detonations shatter into smaller seeker projectiles. Fire your weapon at the Nova Bomb to detonate it early. Chaos Accelerant
Hold L1/LB to draw power from your Super to overcharge your grenade, making it deadlier and more effective. Devour
Kill an enemy with this melee ability to fully regenerate your health. For a short time afterward, kills restore additional health. Empowering Rift
Press and hold the circle/B button to conjure a well of Light that increases weapon damage for those inside it. Entropic Pull
Strike an enemy with this melee ability to drain your enemy's life force and use it to recharge your grenade. Feed The Void
Hold L1/LB to consume your grenade energy to regenerate your health. Grants the Devour effect. Axion Bolt
A bolt of Void Light that forks into smaller bolts on impact that seek out enemies.
