Hopping on the retro gaming craze, custom game controller company ColorWare has released a set of specially painted Joy-Cons that will throw your Switch back to 1985. Here's the catch--these NES-style Joy-Cons are $200.
ColorWare controllers are made from the original manufacturer's controllers, disassembled by hand, then painted, so you can expect all of the functions of the standard controllers to feel and preform the same way. This Joy-Con duo is no different, featuring the same accelerometers, gyro sensors, and buttons the standard Switch Joy-Cons do. This set also comes with matching wrist straps.
But, these customs will cost you $120 more than the standard Joy-Cons do, and take three weeks to ship. It's not to say that Nintendo's own Joy-Cons aren't cool in their own right launching with vibrant red and blue colors, and recently bright yellow with the launch of fighting game Arms.

We already know what's coming to Netflix in July 2017, and now we know what's on the way for Amazon Prime next month. Amazon has announced all the TV shows and movies headed to the service for July 2017, with the list including all manner of titles. Among them are Best Picture winner Braveheart, the silly Frankie Muniz movie Agent Cody Banks, the Johnny Depp-starring Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and Breakfast at Tiffany's.
All of those movies arrive on July 1, alongside the first nine Star Trek movies and the George Clooney film Up In The Air.
Looking further into the month, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button arrives on July 4, while Season 2 of Mr. Robot comes to Amazon Prime on 13. On July 28, the food movie Chef lands, while the thriller Jeepers Creepers comes to Amazon Prime on July 31.
Hulu has announced all the new arrivals coming next month, and Star Trek fans are in for a treat. Tons of classic Star Trek movies are hitting the streaming service, from Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan all the way to Star Trek VII: First Contact.

For something a little lighter, you can relive the 90s with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3, all on Hulu on the first of the month.
Of course, some films are leaving too. It's your last chance to catch a few classic comedies, like Planes, Trains, and Automobiles, Coming to America, and The Addams Family. Check out the full list of what's coming and what's leaving Hulu below.

Arika is best known for the Street Fighter EX series, but in recent years the studio has worked less on fighting games and more on puzzle and adventure titles. Today, however, it was revealed that Arika will show off its new project at EVO 2017, the big fighting game tournament.
Tournament organizer Joel Cuellar announced the news on Twitter, stating that the studio was bringing the game in a playable form. He provided no specifics about the title, but considering that it's coming to EVO, it's a safe bet that it'll be a fighting game.
Back on April Fool's Day, Arika shared a trailer of what many people initially thought was a joke, which you can watch above. The studio published a trailer showing an early prototype of a game that featured many characters from Street Fighter EX. Later on, it turned out that this was actually a real, playable prototype. "The fact that we hid that this was going to be the game played is the joke," a translated note from Arika said. There's no word yet on whether or not this will be the game shown at EVO.
The tournament takes place from July 14-16 in Las Vegas, and it showcases competitions between the best fighting game players in the world.
The latest Injustice 2 update went live today, and it's a big one. Among other things, it includes a lot of bug fixes, balance updates, and stability improvements. It also features a particularly large number of tweaks for Red Hood, who was released as DLC earlier in June.
Developer NetherRealm released the patch notes on the game's website. One highlight of this patch is a tweak that restricts players to using certain stage-specific interactions only once per combo. In addition, the update includes a big fix to projectile attacks that makes them interact correctly with projectile-affecting moves.
Red Hood, meanwhile, has received a number of changes, such as damage reduction to Shrapnel Blast, damage increase to Shrapnel Blast's Meter Burn, and other tweaks. The character's patch list is longer than others', likely because Red Hood is the most recent character added to the game.
You can see the full patch notes below.
The next character coming to Injustice 2 is Mortal Kombat's Sub-Zero, who will be available starting on July 11. You can read more about Sub-Zero here, or watch him in action in the video embedded at the top of this article.

The first episode of competitive dancing anime Welcome to the Ballroom will premiere exclusively on Twitch on Thursday, July 6, at 6 PM PT/9 PM ET--a day before the worldwide premiere.
Twitch is partnering with Amazon's Anime Strike service to stream the episode. This is a rare move when it comes to anime streaming; normally, Anime Strike would air the episode on its own site, as is the case with the remaining episodes following this special premiere.
Anime Strike is a subscription service available to Amazon Prime users for an additional $5 per month. It has the exclusive streaming rights forWelcome to the Ballroom,so the Twitch stream is a good opportunity for non-subscribers to see if they're interested in the show.
Welcome to the Ballroom is considered among the summer's most anticipated series. Production I.G, the studio known for popular anime like Psycho-Pass and Ghost in the Shell, is heading up the project.

The first DLC for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, called The Master Trials, is out now. It includes a new quest known as the Trial of the Sword, which challenges you to overcome a gauntlet of enemy-filled rooms with nothing but the armor and weapons you find within. If you finish it, you unlock the true power of the Master Sword, allowing you to utilize its power at all times without the consequence of it powering down.
The Trial of the Sword can be found in the Korok Forest, which you can only get to by overcoming the Lost Woods. To get there Lost Woods' entrance, follow the path through Mishi Woods located northeast of Hyrule castle, just before the Death Mountain region.
It's important to know that you can only start the Trials of the Sword once you've acquired the Master Sword, so make sure to grab that first. For more on the process, check out our in-depth guide on how to find the Master Sword.
Regardless, once you have the Master Sword, simply return it to the pedestal located in the center of the Korok Forest to initiate the challenge.
Gunbound is a classic, turn-based multiplayer game in the vein of the Worms series, and it's been very popular since its original release in South Korea in 2005. A North American version, called Gunbound Revolution, was released in 2006, but it shut down in 2009. This week, however, a mobile version of the game launched on iOS and Android.
GunboundM has a lot in common with the PC version, although it does feature several major gameplay changes. One of the most significant tweaks is that players take control of several mobiles--the in-game units--at once in one-vs.-one matches. In the original release, players only controlled one mobile and competed in teams of several players. You have to buy new mobiles, either with in-game currency or through microtransactions.
In addition, the game adds a visible bullet path to make aiming shots easier. It also has a training mode that pits you against AI enemies. You can see the game in action in its announcement trailer above; although the video is in Korean, the game has been localized with English text.
Another new character is on the way to Heroes of the Storm, and this time it's Stukov, the zerg-infested human character who featured prominently in StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm. He's a Support character with some unique mechanics, but what really sets him apart are his Heroic ability options.
One of Stukov's distinguishing features is his giant, zerg-looking arm, and it features prominently into both of his Heroics. Flailing Swipe is relatively mundane, swiping in a large cone in front of him three times to deal damage and knock enemies away. Massive Shove, on the other hand, causes Stukov's arm to fly out in a straight line, grabbing the first enemy Hero it hits and pushing them indefinitely. Only when the character hits a piece of terrain are they let go, which potentially allows you to push characters huge distances across the map. It's a potentially massive advantage in a team fight, and it also has the added benefit of looking hilarious.
In terms of his standard abilities, they revolve around inflicting viruses on other players. Healing Pathogen heals teammates and can spread from one player to the next, provided they're close enough. Weighted Pustule deals damage to enemies in a line, also inflicting them with a virus that deals additional damage and slows over time. Lurking Arm is channeled on a location and silences and does damage to enemies inside its area of effect. His trait, Bio-Kill Switch, detonates any active viruses, instantly healing or dealing damage to affected players.
Stukov has the makings of an interesting new type of Support character, but we should have a better idea of how he plays when he arrives on the PTR next week. A full release date hasn't been announced yet, but it should follow soon after his run on the PTR.
Heroes of the Storm is in the midst of a summer-themed event called Sun's Out, Guns Out. In addition to a special Brawl mode, event-specific Loot Chests are available that include limited-time cosmetic items and skins.
Making his first appearance in The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, Tingle's Outfit offers some light protective overall, allowing for freedom of movement and utility. The set bonus however gives Link an increase in speed during the night, giving him greater mobility. While the game will offer clues to help you find the armor set, you can head straight to each piece's location if you're privy to where its located.
Much like the other armor sets, each piece is scattered across the land. While the Sheikah Slate will tell you of special books to help find each piece, you can head to straight to them if you know where to find them. Here are the known locations for each piece of Tingle's Outfit, along with images of map and in field locations.
Tingle's Hood
Location: Exchange Ruins - In the center of the area on the ground next to a Korok Seed.
Tingle's Shirt
Location: Castle Town Prison - On the island west of the castle, right next to the main road, buried in the ground in the center.
Tingle's Tights
Location: Mabe Village Ruins - Under a dead Guardian on the south end of the town in a puddle of water.
The first DLC for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, called The Master Trials, is out now. It includes a very handy item called the Travel Medallion that allows you to create your own fast-travel point. This is useful for players who need to a quick way to access a location that would be difficult to go back and forth from.
The Medallion will be in a treasure chest. To find chests more easily, use your Sheikah Sensor to track treasure chests and enable Magnesis to spot them. While the game will offer clues to help you find it, you can head straight there if you're privy to where it's located.
Location: The chest is located in an underground cavern on Lomei Labyrinth Island. You'll need to jump down a shaft with an air current flowing upward through it. If you've completed the Tu Ka'loh Shrine, fast travel to it, and you'll find the shaft right in front of the shrine. The chest is along the southern wall of the cavern. The area is filled with Guardians both active and dormant, so be sure to pack Ancient Arrows or master the art of parrying before you enter.
To use the Travel Medallion, go to the location you'd like to set as your custom fast travel point, select the Medallion in your Key Items pouch, and choose "place."
Patch 7.2.5 only recently arrived for World of Warcraft, and already the next big update is available for players to check out on the Public Test Realm. Among other things, update 7.3 allows players to visit Argus, the homeworld of the Legion.
Blizzard describes 7.3 as "a very story-driven update," with much of the new content being centered around the new Argus location. The version of 7.3 available on the PTR provides access to one of the three main areas that comprise Argus, as well as a limited number of story chapters.
There aren't many areas that can be treated as safe in Argus, but one is the Vindicaar, a "mobile base of operations" that will help you to get around. At least at this point, players can't fly in Argus, but they can make use of portals available on the Vindicaar. These essentially act as replacements for flight paths while sparing you the time it takes to actually reach your destination.
Improved casting animations are also included for Restoration Druids, Elemental and Restoration Shaman, Discipline and Holy Priests, and all Mage specializations. Blizzard is seeking feedback for all of these, and it notes that Shadow Priest will also receive updates in 7.3, but they aren't yet implemented on the PTR.
In addition to story content, you can expect Argus to eventually offer "areas with sandbox elements intended to be enjoyed even after you complete the main quest." These are compared to the Timeless Isle, Molten Front, and Isle of Thunder. The full, non-PTR version of 7.3 also will include the following, as laid out by Blizzard:
Further chapters of the Argus storyline, including many cinematic story moments
New World Quests
Professions updates, including epic gems
The Netherlight Crucible, which allows you to upgrade your Artifact to unlock a new way to customize your Relics
New dungeon: Seat of the Triumvirate
New raid: Antorus, the Burning Throne (though as with other Legion raids, it won't be released immediately with 7.3)
Invasion Points, a new type of replayable content that let you fight the Legion on multiple different worlds
Several other improvements and updates to existing features
Last Day of June, the beautiful, narrative-driven adventure game, is launching soon, the developer announced today. The game will be released on August 24 and it'll cost $20; preorders open today. Alongside this news, the developer published a new trailer that shows off a bit of what you can expect from it. You can see it below.
Last Day of June follows two characters, Carl and June, and focuses on a story of love and loss. According to the developer, it begins with Carl and June heading out for a laid-back, fun day, but it progresses into a struggle to save June's life.
The new trailer shows off one of the main gameplay mechanics, portals, which appear to allow Carl to revisit times in the past. To me, its art style is particularly striking. It looks like a watercolor painting with some Tim Burton inspiration thrown in. The creator of Murasaki Baby is working on it, and the parallels are easy to see.
The first DLC for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, called The Master Trials, is out now and introduces a number of masks, including one reminiscent of the helmet Midna wore in Twilight Princess.
Midna's Mask features a base defense rating of 7 and a bonus Guardian Resist Up. Note that this mask can't be dyed or upgraded, and if you sell it, it cannot be replaced. While the game will offer clues to help you find it, you can head straight there if you're privy to where its located.
Location: Midna's Helmet is at the Sage Temple Ruins. It's west of the Giant's Forest, near the Regencia River in Central Hyrule. Search the far west side along the river. Be sure to use your Magnesis and Sheikah Sensor to aid in your search.
The first DLC for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is out now and introduces a variety of new equipment to find, and players will be now be able to wear the powerful Majora's Mask, wielded by the lonely and vengeful Skull Kid.
Coming from The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask on N64, which also saw a re-release on the 3DS, Majora's Mask offers Link some light protection, but also possesses some unique powers. When in the presence of weaker foes, the mask will make them ignore you, allowing you to easily move across common areas. While the game will offer clues to help you find it, you can head straight there if you're privy to where its located.
Location: Within the Kolomo Garrison Ruins, there is a chest buried in the ground right outside the main building in the corner on the south end. Inside is Majora's Mask. In the images above, you'll be able to see its location on the map, in the field, and the discovery in the chest.
The first DLC for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, called The Master Trials, is out now and introduces a number of masks, including one that helps in locating Koroks.
When you equip the mask, it shakes when one of those forest spirits are nearby. Note that this mask can't be dyed or upgraded, and if you sell it, it cannot be replaced. While the game will offer clues to help you find it, you can head straight there if you're privy to where its located.
Location: The Korok Mask is found in a chest in the Lost Woods. To help narrow down the location, leave a pin somewhere between the 'Lost Woods' text and the body of water south of the woods on the map. The Korok Mask is inside a chest, so use your Sheikah Sensor and Magnesis to track and spot it.
Update: EA has provided GameSpot with a statement regarding the new report. It declined to share any new details regarding DLC plans, but it did confirm, "[W]e have never worked with Sinclair Networks and they had nothing to do with the development of Mass Effect: Andromeda." This disputes a claim made in a recent Facebook post, which alleged that a company named Sinclair was working on Andromeda DLC that EA had since canceled.
Original Story: In a departure from previous games in the series, Mass Effect: Andromeda will reportedly not be getting any single-player DLC. No expansions will come to the EA title, according to a Kotaku report citing three anonymous sources "familiar with [developer] BioWare's plans." Previous Mass Effect titles have all received added single-player content following launch, but it seems that will not be the case for Andromeda.
The decision, according to the report, was made at least in part because of the game's mixed critical and fan reception. Andromeda's launch was plagued with issues, leading some players to become unhappy with BioWare and EA.
Kotaku then reported in May that EA had put the Mass Effect series on "hiatus" and scaled down BioWare's workforce. The site's report states a small team remains working on Andromeda to push out fixes and support its multiplayer portion, but that most of the game's primary development studio, BioWare Montreal, has moved on to other projects. The company had originally planned to make a sequel to Andromeda, but that idea has been shelved, sources said.
The Edmonton, Canada-based developer has since unveiled its new IP, Anthem, which is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in 2018.
In our Mass Effect Andromeda review, critic Scott Butterworth said, "In many ways, Andromeda feels like a vision half-fulfilled. It contains a dizzying amount of content, but the quality fluctuates wildly. Its worlds and combat shine, but its writing and missions falter--and the relative strength of the former is not enough to compensate for the inescapable weakness of the latter." He awarded the game a 6/10.
